as you know pugle created a template for staff applications(I will be the first one to apply when I fulfil all the requirements and the applications open. Heres the template:

[b]Have you ever been banned on another server[/b] [i]<Answer>[/i]
[b]Past staff experience[/b] [i]<Answer>[/i]
[b]Do you have anyone who would recommend you[/b] [i]<Answer>[/i]
[b]Education level (Optional)[/b] [i]<Answer>[/i] So lets get to the part what I mean: The 2 main parts of any staff application format are missing How would you improve the server if you get promoted? and Why woulkd you like to become a member of our staff team.
